Project SupervisorPosition Summary The Project Supervisor is responsible for executing data collection projects using Appen’s data collection systems, software, and equipment.

The Project Supervisor will instruct the on-site participant based on project-specific needs and supervise the data collection.

Some communication with potential participants will also be required (sometimes via email and sometimes via phone).ResponsibilitiesUse Appen’s data collection tools to execute data collection projects of different typesMaintain project trackers and monitor key project metricsReport any feedback or issues to Data Collection leadRespond to participant queriesSet up payments for data collection participantsDeliver to project objectives within project scope, timeline and budgetFollow quality management processes and take corrective measures as requiredCommunicate with all stakeholders in a timely, clear and concise mannerAdapt to changing project needs and expectationsFollow strict confidentiality protocol regulating the handling of project and participant details and other sensitive informationBe a proactive team member, contributing solutions and helping others as necessaryQualifications and ExperienceComputer literate and able to pick up new tools and systems quickly and with accuracyService orientated approachDemonstrated time management and organizational skillsAttention to detailCommitment to quality (being able to follow quality management processes)Preferred Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of Microsoft Office tools Excel, Word, and OutlookProficiency in English, with excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience with audio recording equipment and software desirable but not requiredBi-lingual in a second language is a bonusLooking forward to see your applications
