Position Description
BeyondID is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager whose primary responsibility will be to build the organization’s relationships with partners, including Okta, to help drive new business opportunities.

The position will be focused on working with partners to define those opportunities, work with sales on developing those opportunities into revenue and create go-to-market plans with our partners.

Performance will be measured by your ability to develop valued partner relationships, put joint prospects into the pipeline and create partner referrals.
Duties And Responsibilities
Build, cultivate, and develop strategic relationships with BeyondID’s partners, with a focus on Okta but including ISVs, SIs and product partners Develop a partner marketing plan and identify success metrics that are aligned to BeyondID’s key business priorities Understand the IAM landscape and which partners would benefit BeyondID Work with the partner’s and BeyondID’s sales and marketing organizations to create new pipeline opportunities Position BeyondID as the preferred “go to” partner for managed identity services Leverage go-to-market partner funds for joint marketing activities Continually evaluate partner relationships to determine overall effectiveness and ability to meet objectives Provide guidance on program development that highlights the joint value proposition and “better together” story of the partnership Build and nurture relationships with the partner’s sales, marketing and product management teams to further our mutual business objectives.

Lead partnership QBRs, and measure partner performance against pre-established business metrics aligned to BeyondID’s business goals Create Raving Fans of our partners
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required 2-3 years of alliances or partner marketing or partner management experience in the enterprise software or services market Previous experience managing opportunities in a CRM system Experience achieving/exceeding stated business objectives with partners, with a track record of growth Strong knowledge of go-to-market models Demonstrated success in working with cross-functional teams Excellent communication and presentation skills
