Northrop Grumman Tactical Space Systems Division is seeking to fill two Deputy to I& T Program Manager Positions (S01 or S02) in support of the Integration & Test (I&T) Department located in Gilbert, Arizona. These are Program management positions supporting one or multiple programs across the portfolio’s supported at the Gilbert site. Successful candidates will clearly demonstrate strong leadership skills to achieve a sustainable top performance. She/He will have a track record as an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal/external stakeholders and customers. This candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics, integrity, and the capability to innovate while challenging traditional ways of doing business. Demonstra ted abilities to build diverse and inclusive teams with high levels of engagement, including mentoring and coaching, are a must. Roles & Responsibilities for the Deputy I& T Manager: Assist the I& T Manager in: Day to Day execution of the programs Technical advisor to I& T team (Engineers / Technicians) Task assignment & leadership to Test Engineers & Technicians CAM roles& responsibilities (includes EVMS) Support all review boards, tiger teams, RCCA investigations, deep dives, and pre-milestone reviews. Serve on and participate in program MRR, PDR, CDR, TRR as required Provides Problem Solving Expertise and capability to mentor the team in problem solving skills Support Metrics for Quality, Schedule, Cost and Productivity for the Test Area. Experience working within Integration & Test organizations Excellent written and oral communications skills and technical presentation experience This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen and have the ability to obtain and hold a Top Secret/SCI clearance Deputy I& T Program ManagerPreferred Qualifications: Bachelor in Science Degree in any of the STEM disciplines 10-15 years minimum in Aerospace/Satellites industry Minimum of 5 years of proven demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Extensive experience within Integration & Test organizations Familiarity/experience with CAM roles & Responsibilities Experience leading cross-functional organizations Excellent written and oral communications skills and technical presentation experience Active Top Secret or Top Secret/SCI clearanceSalary Range: 100300 131000Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
