We are a staple in the Valley and a financially solid company with almost 70 years of business experience and over 100 million in annual sales.We are looking to find a Corporate Rental Manager to join our team.

This position will be servicing the Phoenix Transportation Department to ensure their needs are met.

This role is not remote due to the need to collaborate with front line operations.Essential Duties include but are not limited to:Ensure operations are maintaining standards, guiding the branch to the scheduled goals, and holding employees to any and all guidelines of the Rental Department.Assisting in the department s recruitment and hiring efforts.

Maintaining sales volumes, seeking out new clientele and carrying sale to closeout.Keeping good customer relations and dealing with any potential incidents effectively.Optimizing fleet utilization to make sure our levels of inventory always match customer demand.Responsible for overseeing maintenance and upkeep of machines; keeping repairs in budgeted guidelines and running the maintenance cost reports.Review financials and prepare monthly forecast, as well as the annual department budget.

Develop strategies to achieve the forecasts & budgets.Travel may be required between branch store locations, customer visits, training, or as requested.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and/or at least five years of business experience in the forklift, rental, or related industry.

Knowledge of production processes, quality control, machines/tools and maintenance/repair skillsSignificant customer service experience.
