We need a clinical technical leader to provide direction for our hospital clinical lab in Payson AZ. This is a community hospital that provides diagnostics for a large population in eastern Arizona, next to the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest.

This role will provide technical oversight, mentoring, development, and hands on leadership and will be an integral part of the success of the diagnostic outcomes of this community.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides general operational supervision under the direction of the director/manager to assigned personnel. Responsible for organizing, directing and controlling workflow aspects of the section in order to improves processes to provide high quality and cost effective services.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science or medical technology.
• Four (4) years’ training and experience in high-complexity testing in the respective specialty.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Laboratory Science.
• MLS or Specialty Certification.
• One (1) year of supervisory experience.
