This enthusiastic, self-starting individual with a passion for selling is responsible for converting leads into sales through a specific sales process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting and networking to identify new business opportunities among new, potential clients.

Nurture and grow existing Broker relationships.

Apply interpersonal skills to influence and persuade clients to achieve desired outcomes.

Closing new business and upsell opportunities from warm and self-generated leads.

Manage and develop Broker partnerships to initiate and maintain favorable relationship through strong communication and follow-up.

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives by working effectively with the support team.

Remain proficient and knowledgeable on company’s products and industry trends.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
B2B sales background with a proven record of success required.

Experience building and nurturing relationships with business partners.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, work efficiently, problem solve independently, willingness to take direction and pay close attention to detail.

Ability to travel 50%+ of the time within territory and based on customer needs.

Eligible to work in the United States.
