Director, Social Marketing & Strategy

This is a Contract position in Phoenix, AZ posted May 19, 2022.

360i team is looking to add a pop culture stan, entertainment superfan & social media obsessed leader to the Social Marketing department.

The ideal candidate has experience within the entertainment industry (i.E.

TV, film, music, gaming, etc.) or editorial (i.E.

news) and is socially-led, but not socially-limited as you’ll collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to contribute to integrated marketing plans that drive awareness, viewership and fandom for 360i’s premium entertainment clients.

This person must thrive in fast-paced war-room environments, feel comfortable testing and learning new tactics, and enjoy collaboration with internal and external partners.Key ResponsibilitiesHave a strong understanding of paid, earned and owned social media tactics and pitch them to the client in a cohesive, easy-to-understand and measurable way.Collaborate and ideate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated social media marketing plans.Be a leader, role model and mentor for internal and external teams.

Be the person that owns the call or project but teaches others how to do so as well.Have a strong understanding of the evolving social media landscape and best practices.

Oversee the development, implementation and optimization of social marketing strategies to deliver against pre-determined KPIs.

Plans should include, but not be limited to, platform prioritization, publishing strategy, community management, influencer/talent marketing, and paid social.

Oversee social media campaigns (by channel), ensuring that all social media best practices and tactics are fully integrated into larger marketing initiatives.

Salary is based on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
