We are looking for a Director of Partnership Marketing to join our team.

The Director of Partnership Marketing will lead and manage marketing and communications projects, contractors as needed, who advise and support Strategic Partnerships, Academic, Alumni and Human Resources and other institutional priorities.

The Director’s functions include branding, strategic marketing, media and public relations, content marketing, design services and internal communications.

This role works collaboratively with all Unitek Learning entities to fully integrate marketing and communications efforts.

Responsibilities
Identify and develop the strategy for key marketing partner audiences to ensure marketing initiatives are driven by business goals such as acquisition, engagement and expansion Build and present marketing initiatives to senior leadership, including internal stakeholders and external key marketing partners Partner with cross-functional internal teams to drive process efficiencies and share findings to advise future-state Oversee development, adoption, alignment and growth of Unitek Learning’s brand strategies and positioning to achieve significant positive marketplace impact in areas of Partnership Marketing, academic reputation, faculty recruitment and alumni relations Provide strategic vision, leadership and management of these non-student facing marketing and communications activities Serve as a member of various academic committees and engage regularly with key stakeholders across the University Ensure that marketing and communications programs and activities are consistent with Unitek Learning’s mission to educate students of diverse backgrounds and expand access to healthcare education Develop and maintain intentional outreach and relations with targeted external constituents, including but not limited to: Strategic Partners, Media Outlets, regulators and accreditors Use industry knowledge and research to determine marketing recommendations that drive business goals
