Director, Digital Marketing

Job Descriptions:

Position Summary

The Director, Digital Marketing develops marketing strategies to support Offerpads objectives.

Key focus for this role is to strategically plan and execute digital and other marketing activities to develop and execute the companys marketing strategy.

This role oversees the creation and deployment of brand, product, service and solutions revenue marketing programs and their associated content, media, budget management and impact measurement.

This leader role is responsible for the development and implementation of new processes, tools, and training, and ensuring seamless end-to-end execution.

Essential Functions

Lead Offerpads digital marketing transformation, including challenging and optimizing existing go-to-market strategies and internal processes.

Partner with Corporate, Product, IT and Market teams to design, test, and implement programs that further entrench the Offerpads services with existing customers, including driving cross-selling strategy with existing customers, increasing referral business, and reducing customer turnover and cancellations.

Establish and drive benchmarks to determine effectiveness of marketing programs and support decision making; define key marketing goals and design marketing dashboard to share with executive team and board.

Endorse best-in-class customer experience at all touchpoints across functions; define and implement metrics to track customer satisfaction within each brand and create local market response programs; conduct annual customer surveys and analysis of customer complaints.

Develop and execute marketing calendar and drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drives leads.

Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short
– and long-term market forecasts and reports.

Develop, communicate, and maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels.

Oversee and approve the direction and execution of creative copy.

Prepare, strategize, and schedule print, social, and digital paid media.

Analyze the current market trend and strategize marketing method and execute plans.

Oversee marketing budgets and ensure that costs are in line with budget.

Create and execute analyses of key marketing reports.

Hire, coach, develop and manage performance of all team members.

Ensure Offerpad values are adhered to and consistently demonstrated.

Required Experience:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

5+ years experience in marketing and running a marketing team.

Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Understanding of attribution models.

Strong knowledge of, and experience in, paid social media strategy and execution.

Proven track record of multi-tactic and digitally oriented marketing campaign execution and impact in a diverse B2B environment.

Experience with SEM tools and strategies and proven success in increasing traffic and conversion.

Strong organization skills, accurate, and detail oriented.

Experience with affiliates networks.

Strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.

Excellent communication (oral and written) skills.

Ability to take initiative and work independently to establish and manage work priorities, activities, and timelines to achieve results.

Ability to think creatively and come up with solutions.

Ability to critically review, summarize, and report findings and recommendations.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous real estate experience a plus

SQL knowledge is a plus
