Position Summary:

Caris Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Sr.

Director, Head of Customer Marketing to lead customer lifecycle marketing efforts across our portfolio.

This dynamic leader will have a strong track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies to onboard, engage and expand customer uptake, strengthen customer relationships through value delivery, grow customer lifetime value and increase revenue retention.

The ideal candidate will have a holistic understanding of the oncology and pathology customer base in care settings, academia and biopharma and possess the marketing expertise to deliver high value through segmented positioning and messaging that sustain and expand long-term, profitable relationships.

We are looking for a data-driven leader who can identify customer segment targets, establish KPIs with clear linkages to a P&L, and iterate rapidly to test hypotheses and deliver complex initiatives.

This leader will be able to create individualized, as well as segmented value propositions and deliver them using omni-channel marketing solutions that match our portfolio to customer needs, maximizing both response and value.

Reporting directly to the VP, Marketing, this role will oversee a multi-functional team including Biopharma Marketing, Clinical Marketing and Physician Oncology Alliance Marketing and will be a senior member of the marketing leadership team help to shape and inform the Caris go to market commercial strategy.

This individual will have a strong grasp of the precision medicine landscape, a high scientific and business acumen and will responsible for identifying and proactively resolving product issues or needs related to commercial circumstance and market demands.

Job Responsibilities:
Establish Customer Marketing objectives and ensure revenue goals are achieved in partnership with key stakeholders and commercial leaders Champion customer KPIs across the company including engagement, revenue expansion and revenue retention; rigorously drive internal prioritization decisions to maximize each Establish and promote customer marketing best practices across customer campaigns and lead from the front in creating inspiring and personalized marketing materials that excite our customers, advance our brand, and drive engagement and commitment.

Champion a data-supported approach to customer insight supported by well-structured hypotheses and continuous optimization leveraging learnings internally and externally Partner closely across commercial field teams, R&D and marketing leaders to integrate customer insight and value needs into all customer touchpoints Drive longitudinal customer lifecycle planning, and work with Research to develop qualitative understanding of pain points and potential opportunities in the customer life cycle Develop and retain a highly talented Customer Marketing team with a passion to understand and create value for our customers with value-led marketing experiences.

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Demonstrated success delivering double-digit revenue growth with customized campaign strategy, planning and execution based on customer segments Strategic thinker who can understand business complexities and develop an innovative and creative customer value proposition and marketing plan that addresses these nuances.

Effective communicator who is comfortable presenting to a variety of audiences and stakeholders at various levels.

Exceptional leader and team player with proven ability to lead through influence and work effectively both independently and collaboratively within fast-paced, diverse cross-functional teams.

Dynamic and adaptable project manager with a strong ability to establish processes and drive project execution with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals.

Must be able to work across levels and functions (including, but not limited to Commercial teams, R&D, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Legal and Regulatory) in the organization to drive delivery of strategic decisions and priorities Ability to develop, communicate and execute short and long-term strategic planning Must be well organized and have the ability to meet strict deadlines and perform under pressure in a fast-paced work environment Strong executive presence, presentation, communication and leadership skills Proficient computer skills, inclusive of strong MS PowerPoint skills
Education, Certification/Licensure, and/or Experience
Bachelors in Marketing or Scientific field, MBA preferred 10+ years in Oncology and Biopharma Marketing, including 5+ years as a leader of the Customer Marketing function; Molecular Science/Precision Medicine experience strongly preferred.

Prior experience leading and building multi-level teams; Influence with and without direct authority
