Hire, train, coach, and empower team members.

Develop training for new team members in a remote environment.

Maintain scalability/growth of various operational processes through automation.

Examples include process design, pipeline management, turnaround time, etc.

Leverage data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business to develop an understanding of key value drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities.

Work cross-functionally with department leaders to meet & exceed monthly production targets.

Constantly strive to create operational efficiencies to empower the team to do more while working less.

Monitor closing pipeline daily to ensure workflow is evenly distributed.

Ensure all loans are closed & funded in accordance with all applicable laws, regulation, and investor guidelines.

Maintain strong working relationships with outside escrow/title companies and warehouse lenders.

Forecast Warehouse capacity and utilization and work with warehouse lenders to request bulges as needed.n n Qualificationsn 5+ year of closing/funding experience with a residential mortgage lender.

3+ years of Managerial experience.

Deep understanding of GSE (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA) requirements.

Experience with Conventional, Jumbo, HELOC’s, 2nd’s and Non-QM Loans.

Expert knowledge and familiarity with current laws, rules, and regulations.

Ability to analyze / evaluate information from a variety of sources with excellent attention to detail.

Ability to create reports and analyze data utilizing different data sources and data visualization tools.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Technical savviness with, but not limited to, MS Office, GSuite, and LOS.

Excellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to distill complex thoughts and strategies into simple, actionable recommendations.n Nice to Have n Encompass Prior start up experiencen n Interested in hearing more?
