Specifically, this person will be working on capabilities, strategies, standards, and solutions for customer management.

A successful candidate will understand how to translate business needs into requirements for our technology team.

They will ideally bring expertise working with APIs and services to build new, innovative digital solutions.

Experience in small business and/or commercial banking products and services would also be beneficial.This product management role will need to have a proven track record of building trusted and valued relationships, developing digital strategies and experiences, delivering against program road maps, and exceeding business goals.Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally.

Our four major business lines include Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Commercial Real Estate, and Wells Fargo Commercial Capital.

We also have groups in credit risk, group risk, finance, marketing, human relations, and the Wholesale Chief Operating Office that support our businesses.This product management role will need to have a proven track record of building trusted and valued relationships, developing digital strategies and experiences, delivering against program roadmaps, and exceeding business goals.Customer advocacy: understand the strategic and competitive position in the marketplace through customer interaction and primary/ secondary market researchProduct management: work across various teams of product managers to identify the right capabilities, and prioritize a feature-set into multiple phases to meet enterprise needsProduct definition: work with Business Analysts to define and document the appropriate use cases for new capabilitiesPartner enablement: Work with technology teams to ensure visibility to and easy integration with channel capabilitiesData driven: define, monitor and analyze metrics that inform the success of shared capabilities; continuously improve performanceOther duties or responsibilities as requested or requiredEmployees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company.

They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements. Required Qualifications6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital customer experience, digital product/program management, digital platforms, or digital consulting demonstrated through work or military experienceOther Desired QualificationsExperience with APl’s and/or micro-servicesDemonstrated success in end-to-end product or channel management experience, from discovery through execution; 2-3 years’ experience developing strategy, priorities, road maps, business cases for a product or service Knowledge and awareness of present and future of technology and service market, competitive products, product providers/partnersPrevious experience launching new products or product enhancement within an Agile framework Experience in product management/development, program management, strategy, marketing and/or related position in a consumer-oriented, technology-dependent environment in financial services or related industries Self-starter and highly motivated for success Ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate to build successful relationships Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsOutstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperativesA BS/BA degree or higherJob ExpectationsAbility to travel up to 10% of the timeDisclaimerAll offers for employment with Wells Fargo are contingent upon the candidate having successfully completed a criminal background check.
