Overview: The Acosta Military Exchange Business manager will fully own the Acosta Exchange Military channel representing one of our high energy clients / Red Bull North America (RBNA).

Responsibilities: The Business Manager will lead Red Bull sales efforts across the Exchange Military channel by driving key objectives both quantitative (revenue, volume, profit, and share) and qualitative (in store presence, top retail relationships, training and development, etc.).

The main priority is to take ownership of the Exchange Military channel strategy for CONUS & OCONUS.

This role is the key owner of all business related activities and targets at national and market levels.

It drives coordination and collaboration across multiple functional groups (sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations, and legal) to ensure that objectives and goals of these customers are achieved.

Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of Sales & Key Account experience with a strong track record of success.Experience in Exchange Military channel preferred.In-depth knowledge of sales within FMCG or spirits industry; DSD expertise is idealHigh Energy w/ proven work ethicTrack record of building brand awareness and promotional insightsExperience working with global teams a plusOmni Channel experience a plusExcellent negotiator and influencer, leveraging business analytics to achieve desired outcomesHistory of working with and developing and engaging extraordinary sales leaders and teamsSelf-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentStrategic thinker and passionate for achieving long-term success via hands on solutions-oriented approach Outstanding analytical proficiency; fluent in a wide range of data tools (e.g., Nielsen, IRI, CPM, Sales DataStrong Communication skills, highly organized and manages timelines and objectives effectively.
