Content Designer

This is a Contract position in Tucson, AZ posted October 5, 2020.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client in search of a Content Designer in Tucson, AZ.

Summary: The Instructional Content Specialist will be responsible for producing and maintaining content across a wide range of projects including web-based online courses, video scripts/storyboards, and quick reference guides.

Development will focus on Articulate 360, including Rise 360 and Storyline 360.

Online learning modules will be integrated into a Learning Management System.

Roles and Responsibilities: Develop competency-based content Apply learning experience design, behavior design, and classic ID principles to develop adaptive learning programs Partner with various subject matter experts to organize, design and adapt content across multiple programs; Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify and capture learning content Create an end-to-end story of learning using outline method assessments: Facilitator/participant guides reference material Manage all phases of a learning project
– analysis, design, development, implementation & evaluation Communicate with manager and stakeholders the progress and status on a consistent basis Job Requirements: REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or higher education completed or equivalent experience 2-4 years of professional experience in a relevant instructional design role Superior organizational and time-management skills demonstrated effectiveness managing multiple priorities and deadlines Exemplary written and verbal communication skills; Excellent writer, editor, and content developer, with the ability to write accurate yet clear and concise content using proper grammar and punctuation Ability to self-manage multiple development projects in meeting deadlines MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) expertise Preferred: Degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or Instructional Design 1-2 years of experience developing content for a global audience Experience working with strict document control and Quality Management Systems Work samples use an engaging, conversational tone to give your target audience confidence in their ability to perform tasks and the feeling that you care Strong ability to adapt to and help drive constant change Team player
