·Resolving customer’s concern, promote product and client loyalty
·Follow and comply with a prescribed work flow/call flow
·Up-sell/Upgrade individual products and product packages to existing customers, depending on the need
· Ensure that incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner
·Input a customer’s modification/sale into a database while ensuring accuracy
·Overcome objections from customers in order to turn the call around and transition to a sale
· Ensuring primary metrics are met through effortless customer experience
·Maintaining first call resolutions
·To keep and uphold integrity in handling customer’s account information in each and every callKnowledge, Skills and Abilities You’ll Need to Succeed
