You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our carrier base.The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service.

accepting tenders, assigning tracking, actively quoting in the MarketplacePresent products to prospective carriersRemain in frequent contact with carriers in your responsibility to understand their needsNegotiate agreements and keep records of sales and dataTargeting minimum 10 shipments per day average (monthly scale).Requirements:Your Talents IncludeProven experience as an Operations Representative, Account Executive, Carrier Specialist or in other sales/customer service roleKnowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principlesOutstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) is a plusExcellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationshipsOrganizational and time-management skillsA business acumenEnthusiastic, passionate, and self-motivatedBS or BA in business is preferredPM21PI150520462
