Inside Sales/Sales Development RepresentativeSaaS Application in the Payroll, Human Resources and Benefits IndustryJoin our professional inside sales/sales development team who are driving record-breaking results and year-over-year revenue growth.

Each team member prospects a dedicated database of outbound leads via our CRM to qualify and generate leads through outbound calling and email.

You will directly impact company success by generating quality sales opportunities for our outside sales teams who operate in three states.

Aggressive email and digital marketing generates warm and hot inbound leads that are equally divided amongst the team.

Campaign sales playbooks including multi-touch cadence and full messaging for calls, voicemails and emails are provided for every campaign.

Required/desired skills and abilities: Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.Outbound phone-based sales skills required.CRM and database management skills required.Value selling understanding, experience and skills desired.SaaS, Cloud-based solutions sales experience desired.Human resources, payroll and benefits knowledge helpful.B2B sales experience for one year (minimum) is preferred.
