Your Role:
The Sr. Guidewire Engineer is responsible for developing new and/or modifying existing information technology applications that facilitate and enable business initiatives, growth requirements and help with-efficiency goals. The role will designing, developing, and modifying computer programs, as well as debugging software solutions, while assessing the application for root causes for defects. The subject matter expert will provide technical consulting to management, business analysts and technical associates while working in coordination with the architecture team!
Your work: (Essential responsibilities)
• Responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of application improvements for the Claims Administration System (Guidewire Claim Center-based application).
• Demonstrate in-depth, hands-on knowledge and experience with Guidewire Claim Center 10 including configurations and integrations
• Well versed with Guidewire recommended guidelines and the standard methodologies
• Capable of developing comprehensive integration solutions.
• Designs and develops test plans for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Supports production deployments and automation, actively lead monitoring, job control, and production support, and participates in and provides support for production issues related to the Guidewire solution
• Knowledgeable about emerging and evolving technologies and approaches
• Understands business and customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions
• Reliable technical professional that can handle job responsibilities autonomously

The national average salary range for this position is $103,770-$115,300. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on county of residence. The full salary range hourly rate range for this position across all the states we hire in is $93,420-$138,400. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 8% of eligible pay
.
