User Experience Analyst

This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted May 2, 2021.

Investis Digital is looking for a User Experience Analyst to join our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team.

The position is full-time remote, based out of our Phoenix office.
We are looking for a digital marketer who can harness the power of conversion rate optimization to strategically improve website and landing page conversion rates.

Here at Investis Digital, we define CRO as: The iterative process of improving a site’s conversion funnel to derive the most value from its traffic.

As part of our CRO team, you will conduct user experience (UX) research, site analyses, and on-going CRO tests (A/B tests, multivariate, personalization, etc.) within multiple verticals.
Responsibilities

• Conducting in-depth website analysis (Google Analytics, heat mapping, accessibility, and user experience)

• Ideating, creating, and managing CRO experiments on client websites through testing platforms (Convert, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.)

• Creating and optimizing landing pages for paid search/social efforts through data-driven insights and A/B testing

• Writing and presenting data-driven user experience (UX) insights to clients and other subject matter experts

• Consulting with other subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that strategies are aligned
Requirements

• Experience with CRO testing tools such as Convert, Unbounce, Optimizely, Google Optimize, and Visual Website Optimizer

• Enjoys picking apart website designs

• Fluency in Google Analytics and web tracking tools

• Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/JQuery

• Design experience using Sketch, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Invision, etc.

• Knowledge of UX best practices

• Empathy for all users, especially for those who don’t perform the intended action

• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams

• Effective writing and communication skills to convey testing results and insights to non-experts

• Knowledge of quality assurance/quality control processes

• Capability to quickly learn new tools

• Experience with WordPress and/or Content Management Systems

• Outside the box creative and critical thinking

• Ability to extrapolate insights through data

• Able to pivot and adapt based on overall client strategy

• Extremely detail-oriented

• Somehow all of the above and not completely boring

• 2+ years of agency experience

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in user experience (UX) or related field.

• History of conversion rate optimization (CRO) success

• Proven user experience instincts

• Knowledge of paid media marketing tactics and strategies
