Basic understanding of Windows Server internals as well as a solid knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems.

Perform system imaging and helpdesk functions.

Responsible for Account Creation, Enabling and Disabling Accounts.

A basic understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.

Willingness to work in a mixed Operating Systems Environment i.e Windows and Linux.

Responsible for audit rotation, system patching, and Antivirus definition updates.

Install and configure software applications requested by end users.

Primary customer interaction involves resolving support issues for the engineering community using helpdesk and task assignment methods.

Work with Cybersecurity professionals to maintain security compliance requirements.

Document and follow basic IT processes and procedures.

Work as a team member in a diversified technological environment.

Use troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical problems of a mild to moderate scope and complexity.

Fill in for System Admin on PTO or travel to different sites to complete projects assigned to team.Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related discipline Experience with Windows and or Linux Operating Systems (OS)The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date.
