Staffing Coordinator

This is a Full-time position in Mesa, AZ posted May 3, 2021.

The Staffing Coordinator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the coordination of scheduling service for Seniors. This position is responsible for scheduling Seniors and CAREGivers in order to provide the highest quality service to clients with emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.

Client Services Responsibilities/Scheduling :

  • Provides excellent and professional customer service
  • Enters and maintains Client/CAREGiver schedules
  • Provides continuous follow up with staff to ensure current availability, demographic information, and skills are known, updated and documented in software
  • Communicates relevant and time information to CAREGivers, clients and other appropriate staff members.
  • Provides communication to client/family regarding changes
  • Professionally address concerns & resolve conflict/complaint with clients and CAREGivers
  • Enforces and continually educates staff on company policy
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with internal and external team members.
  • Manages phone/electronic communication effectively and efficiently
  • On Call Coverage

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Management and staffing experience is a must
  • Stable work history in healthcare, staffing, homecare or a related field
  • Advanced skills with MS Office/Office 365 and other computer systems
  • Technical aptitude to understand, learn and master business software(s)

  • Possesses strong, professional written and oral communication skills for in person, telephonic and electronic use
