Humana’s Medicaid Enrollment and Premium Reconciliation department is looking for an experienced Senior Process Improvement Professional that is both, analytical and data driven to be a part of an energetic and growing team!

This consumer-centric team is a crucial component to ensuring not short of a positive experience starting the very moment Medicaid members enroll.

As a Senior Process Improvement Professional, you will play a big part in analyzing current processes and driving improvements that impact the member experience and often times, this is a member’s first experience with Humana.

Responsibilities

This Process Improvement role is a strong mix of business analysis and technical components by pulling data, analyzing and reporting information to key business partners and stakeholders.

Key Role Functions

Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes and develop sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements

Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements for analysis

Partner with business areas across the organization by providing guidance and making recommendations based on analysis of developed reporting

Determine how new information technologies can support re-engineering business processes

Collect and analyze data to initiate, develop and recommend business practices and procedures that aid in business decisions.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience

Strong analytical insights and ability to root cause intricate scenarios with multiple data sets

2+ years of experience analyzing and interpreting data

Ability to write and execute SQL

Robust knowledge of MS Access & Excel, including pivot tables and queries

Solid communication skills, self-motivated and results driven focus

Ability tocompile large data sets into concisereportingthat will drive business decisions

Work at Home/Remote Requirements

Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings

Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace (Satellite and Hotspots are prohibited).

A minimum standard speed of 10×1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) for optimal performance of is required

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of EDW Tables

Medicaid knowledge experience

Ability to interpret CMS and State guidance

Additional Information

This role is 100% remote working anywhere is the US.

However, anyone located within 50 miles of Louisville, KY may be required to join in-office for in-person collaboration once CDC restrictions are lifted.
