Working through company-provided leads, your role is to be in constant contact with potential clients and determine the urgency of the client’s situation, being meticulous in notetaking to ensure no lead is left behind.

From opportunity identification, underwriting, and offer processes, our administrative support team will help you secure a successful closing.

What You’ll Do:
Provide best-in-class transaction services to our clients and become a customer service leader in the real estate industry Deliver winning offers to our clients and thoroughly outline the benefits of our services Gain a deep knowledge of local market real estate conditions and drivers Maintain an expertise in the various strategies under single family residential investing Leverage your expertise in the art of real estate negotiation
– chase every offer, don’t leave money on the table, and deliver the highest closing rates Perform basic underwriting of properties using market comparables Work closely with our clients to determine the best method to sell their property Demonstrate great attention to detail throughout the transaction process and work towards maintaining an efficient closing process Develop and maintain a sales network with real estate agents, investors, and other contacts Demonstrate impeccable composure and integrity at all times Be a team player and contribute to the team’s success

What We Are Looking For:
Top-notch phone etiquette and excellent written and verbal communication skills Comprehensive understanding of human interaction specifically building rapport Basic knowledge of terms and principles associated with real estate Track record of building trusted relationships with a variety of contacts Self-starter who is detail-oriented and organized with a proven ability to work well in a high-intensity environment Ability to speak conversationally about the local market factors, trends, and home selling options Comfortable learning new technologies Real Estate license is not required, but real estate experienced is preferred
