Gentle Dental is immediately hiring for a part-time Orthodontist to work in Western Phoenix, AZ.

Position Details:

• Direct referrals from multiple General Dentists
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Comprehensive dental office 
• Compensation
• Guaranteed compensation for 3 months
• start bonus

Schedule:

• 6days a month
• Monday – Friday

GD Rio Vista (14155 N 83rd Ave, Bldg 3, ste 113, Peoria, AZ 85381)

GD Palm Valley (1468 N Litchfield Rd, Ste M1, Goodyear, AZ 85395)

Position Qualifications:

• Orthodontist Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current CA State Dental License (or the ability to acquire CA license by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR & NPI
