This specific position will primarily support our Ground Segment and Payload subcontractors in coordination with Global Supply Chain to ensure technical execution while supporting programmatic needs. The successful candidate will assist in directing, overseeing, and collaborating on all aspects of the programs associated with planning, implementation, contracting of change proposals, and execution of the program across Integrated Product Design Teams, functions and sectors. The successful candidate will interact with the customer, subcontractors, and other stakeholders as the focal point for Q4 technical activities as well as, manage risks and opportunities to ensure timely execution on these efforts. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Collaborate with OEM engineering, to help keep alignment of sustainment and development technical activities Conducting or coordinating review of supplier documentation in conjunction with Global Supply Chain (e.G., technical evaluations of proposals, acceptance test procedures, cost and schedule reports, software version description documents). Support planning and coordination of subcontractor activities. Development and adherence to Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and functional coordination to ensure on time delivery of subcontractor SDRLS and contracted services. Lead discussions, demonstrations, briefings for cross-domain activities across NGC Sectors and with customer communities. Coordination of Contract Change Board activities internally and with the customer, to include Engineering Change Proposals (ECP). Support proposal development / capture planning and strategy. Generate, review, and finalize Supplier Statement of Works in coordination with Prime SOWs/RFPs as required by our Enterprise Procedures. Supporting subcontractor and customer relationships in conjunction with Global Supply Chain and Program.Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university. 9 Years with bachelor’s in science; 7 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD of combined experience in areas of engineering or related field Ability to comprehend and analyze complex technical problems and work with team members to develop solutions. Ability to prioritize and adjust tasks to accomplish the project result. Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint Experience with complex anomaly resolution, internal and external coordination and collaborationPreferred Qualifications 2 years of Experience working with a subcontractor in at least an advisory role. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of network security, software sustainment, change management, DMS, and subcontractor management. Current DoD Secret clearance Significant Global Hawk, NATO, Triton, or similar program experience. Ability to demonstrate success in leading and developing cross functional technical teams. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of management and individual contributors. Demonstrate understanding of technical risk, program risk, opportunity and issue management process Experience in Foreign Military sales highly desirable.
