MP Nexlevel, LLC, a leader in the utilities construction industry, is looking for Skilled Backhoe Operators to work in the Brady, Millersview, Brownwood and San Angelo areas. An Operator should possess a fundamental understanding of construction and be able to operate different construction equipment and tools.Duties and Responsibilities:Ability to operate a Skid Steer, Backhoe, Bulldozer, Excavator, Front End Loader and Trenching MachinesGrease, oil and do daily maintenance of equipmentHand dig around existing utilities when necessaryTrained to operate tampers, jackhammers, drills, and sawsCarry and load materials to be used on the jobFollow all company safety policies and practicesReport any equipment repairs needed to Foreman or SupervisorLight repair and maintenance of tools and equipmentAssist in hauling equipment to and from job siteClean up and restore work areaWash and clean vehicles and equipmentOther duties as assignedEssential Education and Qualifications:Excellent verbal communication skillsValid Driver’s LicenseValid DOT Health Card Preferred Skills:Class A Driver’s License (CDL) Physical Demands:Must be physically fit to endure the daily activity involved with the jobMust be able to work in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to 75 pounds Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
