The Test Equipment and Environments Center (TE&EC) includes all of the engineering disciplines responsible for systems design & test on all Raytheon Missile Defense (RMD) products. Our engineers are responsible for all elements of the development lifecycle for test including: test requirements, test system design, flight simulations, hardware-in-the-loop, computer-in-the-loop, advanced engineering prototyping technology, flight operations for manned and unmanned vehicles, environmental testing, environmental characterization and engineering laboratory management. We are hands-on, designing with the latest technology and tools, and integrate state of the art test solutions with the most advanced engineering systems in the world.The Test Equipment and Environments Center (TE&EC) is seeking a Test Environment Support & Administration (TESA) Section Leader. TESA takes a holistic approach to manage the blending of software, hardware, networks, and cybersecurity inherent in TE&EC test systems.There's no such thing as a perfect candidate, so don't hold back. If your passionate about what you could accomplish here, we'd love to hear from you.Responsibilities to Anticipate:* Supervise a team of approximately 20 members.* Establishes meaningful and measurable goals and communicates effectively with your team to ensure alignment with the department and center.* Conducts formal and informal performance reviews and career development discussions with team members.* Adhere to and ensures alignment with our Values and Behaviors.* Prepare presentations and written communication for various stakeholders on program, team, and internal customers.* Collaborate with Program Managers, CPT/Directorate teams as well as other functional management to drive results to achieve program and business objectives.* Support System Integration and Test program hiring goals as well as leads the onboarding of new section personnel.* Contribute to the preservation of the test integrity, availability, and confidentiality of test systems and test equipment.Qualifications You Must Have:Bachelors Degree required, however we may consider equivalent experience and minimum of 8 years of prior relevant technical experience.Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.* Experience with customer service and training to include technical writing and formal presentations.* Experience with Windows operating systems in desktop and server environments* Five (5) or more years of working knowledge and experience of network infrastructure architecture and operation including Linux systems interacting Windows Active Directory, file sharing, NIS, and DNS.* Three (3) or more years of experience supporting test systems in a production and engineering environment.* Three (3) or more years of experience of cyber security and NIST 800-53Qualifications We Value:* Masters Degree or equivalent experience and minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience* Current DoD Secret Clearance* Current DoD 8570.01m IAT II certified credentials (Sec+, CISM, etc.) or higher* Experience implementing the NISPOM, JAFAN 6/3, DCID 6/3, JSIG/RMF, ICD-503 or equivalent requirements to include technical computer/network system auditing.* Ability to work in a team environment* Experience providing technical security expertise and oversight for complex, cross-domain, heterogeneous classified networked environments* Demonstrated experience dealing with fiscal budget requirements and cost analysis with the ability to perform cost estimates* Demonstrated ability to provide support functions while working in a collaborative team environment* Familiarity with technical administration support for a diverse collaboration of engineering and information technology assets; some database and web application support experience preferred* Strong teaming/communication skillsWhat We Offer :Whether you are just starting out on your career journey, or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package that goes above and beyond, with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs.
