Description:

  • Responsible for performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans, using comprehensive knowledge of policies and procedures for loan products.
  • Functions include processing; closing and compliance for loan products; interpreting policies while analyzing applicant, property, and documentation; ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow-ups.
  • Must make outbound and take inbound calls, be efficient with time management, and proficient with technology/computers/multiple screens.

Required Experience:

  • 6+ months of experience in one or a combination of the following: customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment demonstrated through work or military experience.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, Skype).
  • Pipeline management and time management proficiency, intermediate telephone skills, ability to work from the home long term with the possibility of transitioning back to working in the office.
  • Must be comfortable making and accepting calls and working in a fast-paced, team environment.
