Learning Facilitator


This is a Full-time position in Scottsdale, AZ posted June 10, 2021.

In this rewarding role, you will prepare, deliver, and evaluate voluntary certification sessions for Independent Business Owners supporting a Healthcare Client. You will ensure they make a successful transition to the production environment by delivering a quality learning experience which includes, and is not limited to, customer engagement skills, technical skills and client relationship building skills.The Purpose of Your Role* Responsibilities include preparing, delivering, and evaluating certification sessions as needed for the client’s programs* Collaborates with business partners, Operations and Quality teams to continuously refine and enhance the content and delivery mechanism of certification sessions* Maintains positive and productive relationships with all business partners, including vendors and clients, ensuring certification and other business needs meet expectations* Utilizes effective facilitation techniques to engage certification participants at all levels of the business in a variety of settings (1:1, group workshops, virtual classroom sessions, etc.)* Organizes in-house and offsite activities, like leadership development presentations, role simulations and role play assessmentsThe Expertise We’re Looking For* Excellent communication and organizational skills* Knowledge of traditional and modern educational techniques* Ability to complete full training/certification cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)* 3-5 years of professional training/certification experience, including technical and soft skills training in a call center environment preferred* Ability to lead and/or participate in virtual meetings in a distraction-free environment* BS degree in Education, Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field preferredThe Competencies You BringAdaptability, Business Acumen, Individual Impact and Influence, Usage of Functional/Technical Expertise and Presentation SkillsThe Value You Deliver* Provide exceptional learning experiences for each class* Display a high level of attention to detail* Ability to effectively multi-task and handle impromptu changes in direction* Illustrate a creative and innovative mindset to think outside the box and always look for ways to improve processes* Understanding of best practices for facilitating live online learning events* Ability and desire to build a community of independent agents in a virtual environment* Above average presentation skills* Above average skills when working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint* Demonstrated ability and desire to be proactive and take ownership of results* Proven excellent communication skills – both written and verbal* Familiarity with virtual classrooms etiquette and delivery methods* History of developing comprehensive lesson plans, facilitator guides, presentations, and participant materials* Creativity for participation in classroom settingAbout Liveops:Liveops is a virtual call center offering an on-demand skilled workforce of onshore virtual agents for all customer service and sales needs.With more than 20 years of experience offering flexibility, scalable talent, and meaningful work, Liveops has been improving the lives of its agents, clients, and employees by creating endless opportunity.
