You’ll be working with product designers, subject matter experts and project managers to create both content strategy and content that solves real problems for our customers.What you’ll bringBachelors degree or in related field or equivalent experiencePrevious professional writing and strategy experience (5+ years preferred)QuickBooks product knowledge preferredProficient in online publishing software and programsInformation management skills: handle large amounts of complex dataStrong written & verbal communication skills, sharp eye for detail, research skills and the ability to work under strict deadlinesStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.

Communicates equally well within team & across partner teamsAdvanced knowledge of industry trends in Content Strategy and extensive practical experience applying this knowledgeHow you will leadSimplify complex concepts into easy-to-read, concise content; can adapt content to meet needs of different display pointsValidate quality prior to publishing to ensure content and tags/metadata are set appropriately and will perform within current technology solutionsMentor Content Writers and supports coworkers through peer reviews of content as neededDeliver all content in personal/team backlog with speed and obsessive attention to accuracy with a holistic and customer first approachFollow corporate guidelines and style guides to maintain quality and voice & tone standards for all content createdCommunicate strategy, direction and Information Design plans effectively to all levels of the organization, across organizational boundaries and to all sizes of audiences.

Ensures these are reflected in the work of their teams.Understand and capitalize on opportunities created by organizational and operational changesIdentifie areas for improvement and solicits ideas from external and internal stakeholdersAnalyze existing information and mechanisms for providing the information.
