Robert Half is looking for an open minded individual with HR experience to step in as an HR Coordinator within a company in the healthcare, specialized in family and reproductive health care.

Recruiting/Hiring:

• Will assist (and has the potential to lead) the sourcing of candidates and coordination of the recruitment process, including updating job descriptions, advertising open positions, understanding and managing the applicant tracking system, screening, coordinating interviews and participating in interviews.

Extends offer letters.

Onboarding

• Craft and send emails to new hires welcoming them to PPAZ and include information about the agency, new hire paperwork, work schedules, dress code, parking and new employee orientation date (neo).

• Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation, E-Verify, audits and maintains I-9 files.

• Ensures new hires complete necessary paperwork on the first day of an employee’s start date and that it is distributed to the Payroll Specialist who enters new employee information into the HRIS system (ADP).

Payroll Administration / Support

• Assists in setting up employee personnel files on all new employees and accurately enters new employees into the ADP Payroll system.

Maintains all human resources files and processes changes to employee status such as address changes, benefit enrollment/changes, transfers, salary changes, terminations, etc.

and creates personnel action forms accordingly.

Benefit Administration

• Communicates benefit enrollment information to newly eligible employees no less than 30 days prior to eligibility date.

Distributes and explains PPAZ’s benefit package.

Collects and processes benefit forms within the designated time frame.

• Is knowledgeable about the benefit programs and assists employees with questions.
