Job Description:Job Summary The Service Administrator role will be a supportive role to the Service Team and be located in the Phoenix, AZ office.

Responsibilities * Prepare work orders, quotes etc.

* Ensure change orders are properly documented and accounted for * High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed * Providing Foreman and Crews with job information and requirements * Timecard collection and review * Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, checks, etc.

* Collection and maintenance of customer contact and relevant information * Work closely with Superintendents * Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls * Invoicing Customers for completed work Desired Qualifications * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.

* Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal are essential * Attention to detail * Effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds * Form and maintain customer relationships, in person and over the phone * Multitask, organize with the ability to prioritize, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment * Reliable * Analyze problems and have problem solving skills * Work independently as well as in a team-based environment * Display strong knowledge of relevant computer applications (Microsoft Office) Flynn Group of Companies is the leading trade contractor in North America that works on virtually every aspect of a building’s outer layer, including roofing, glazing, waterproofing, and architectural metals.
