Executive Assistant To CEO


This is a Full-time position in Phoenix, AZ posted May 1, 2021.

Zenernet is a fast-growing residential solar company and we are searching for an Executive Assistant to the CEO. We are seeking someone who is:

  • Based in the Phoenix, AZ area.
  • Passionate about Sustainable/Renewable Energy
  • Hyper Organized and experience working in a fast paced start-up environment
  • Experienced supporting executive leadership and managing business operations
  • Creative, Self-Managed, Self-Motivated, Energetic, Thoughtful and Growth Oriented.
  • Committed to exceptional attention to detail, exceptional communications skills and delivery.

You will be responsible for general business operations including but not limited to:

  • Managing and prioritizing the very busy calendar of our CEO
  • Coordinating executive communications
  • Financial Reporting
  • Payroll
  • Assisting with AP/AR
  • Business Registrations per state (We currently operate in 19 states and growing fast)

The preferred candidate will have experience with:

  • Google Suite
  • Microsoft Suite
  • Asana (Project Management)
  • Salesforce (CRM)
  • Zoom (Teleconferencing)
  • Zenefits (Payroll)
