Position Summary Teammates in this role are the front line of customer support for UA’s MapMyRun app.

Digital Product Specialists respond to support requests via email and social media, troubleshoot and escalate emerging trouble reports, educate users on best practices for using our apps, help test new features before they are released, and maintain a mastery level knowledge of the features and functions of the apps.

Digital Product Specialists are charged with delivering a world-class support experience to our users, ensuring users are able to access and use our apps, upgrade to or cancel their premium subscriptions, and meet their health and fitness goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities Address tech support and other customer concerns via email, social media posts, and app store reviews Collect and communicate user requests to help shape the future of UA MapMyRun Triage and escalate trending issues to engineering and product teams to ensure technical issues are promptly resolved Help test new features and beta builds Assist with new projects or goals Attend various meetings and work events Provide feedback to peers and supervisors to promote a positive work culture Collaborate with your team to ensure team goals are met daily Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) The ability to type 60 words per minute Excellent writing skills Exceptional prioritization skills and time management General Computer/Tablet/Smart Phone Knowledge An extremely flexible schedule including weekendavailability The ability to learn on the fly and adapt to change A team-oriented, peer-positive attitude Dedication to customer satisfaction Familiarity with another language is a plus, but not required Education And / Or Experience 3 years in customer service Other Requirements Relocation At Under Armour, we are committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all applicants and teammates without regard to race, color, religion, sex, pregnancy (including childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), national origin, age, physical and mental disability, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, genetic information (including characteristics and testing), military and veteran status, and any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
