CT/Radiology Technologist – Laveen

Responsibilities

Responsible for performing all aspects of general, neuro, and interventional radiography and computerized tomography studies in an emergency room setting, with little or no supervision.A Practices proper radiation safety techniques on all exams performed, and performs a variety of tasks that require a high degree of skill and autonomy, and the ability to multi-task and prioritized effectively.A Performs laboratory functions and frequently assists performing various laboratory tests, IV starts, splinting, and vitals.

Qualifications

Minimum:

  • One (1) year of current experience performing CT and Radiographic procedures in an emergency room setting.
  • Graduate of a 2 year accredited school of Radiology Technology

Preferred:

  • Level 1 or 2 trauma center ER experience

Licensure:

  • CT ARRT
  • X-Ray ARRT
  • CRT, CTCT
  • CPRBLS

Special Skills:

  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office
