Customer Service Coordinator
Overview:
ADCO Service is seeking qualified customer service representatives to solve performance and operation issues for consumers and service technicians on a variety of high-end major and small residential appliances. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Duties:
* Answers customer questions via phone and email regarding use and care of appliances.
* Resolves reported problems by clarifying issues; researches answers and explores possible solutions; implements solutions; escalates unresolved problems.
* Coordinates service calls with customers for issues requiring in-home repair visits.
* Navigates correspondence received in various ways including phone calls, emails, and website tools.
* Receives and processes customer orders for parts, carefully collecting and documenting information to ensure quality in the customer purchasing experience and minimizing errors in financial transactions and product shipments.
* Maintains existing and develops new relationships with nationwide service representatives.
* Negotiates service rates with technicians and authorizes expenses.
* Adjudicates invoices submitted for payment from service providers.
* Performs outbound follow up calls to ensure satisfaction and completion of service.
* Maintains customer database by entering and updating information.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational and training opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills, especially via telephone and in writing.
Reliable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of, previous experience or an interest in the appliance industry preferred.
Technical aptitude or previous experience in a repair capacity preferred.

Experience Required at least 2 years in one of the following: customer service technical support call center environment, appliance repair company, or other residential service provider company.
Education Required High School diploma or equivalent
