is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 10 states.We are seeking a Community Integration Team Lead in Schuylkill County, PA to provide individualized services designed to assist participants in managing and overcoming the difficulties confronted when living in the community._The pay-rate is $16.50 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of satisfactory employment.

_Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred but high school diploma/equivalent is required.

Minimum 2 years of related work experience, preferably working with individuals with disabilities.

Understanding and commitment to community based supports for people with disabilities.
