Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Assist in the administration and maintenance of corporate benefits and well-being programs; monitor, research and perform audits on data files received from outsourced vendors. Responsible for research and response on all employee appeals.
Work with internal and external partners to conduct audits and implement solutions as needed to correct defects.
Review and audit all incoming data feeds including but not limited to 401(k) and benefit payroll feeds from 3rd parties. Report defects to vendors and monitor to ensure corrections. Work with internal IT staff on issues within our systems.
Perform audit procedures/activities of all benefits plans/programs to ensure accuracy of benefits data, both employee data and vendor received data.
Determine root cause for issues with data feeds and take corrective action on problems found.
Determine proper course of action to resolve escalated customer service issues and appeals after reviewing facts and research.
Provide issue tracker and appeal reports. Perform research on formal appeals to ensure compliance. Monitor outsourced vendor issue trackers and reports to prevent delays, identify trends and assist in implement solutions as applicable.
Assist with implementation of benefit and well-being programs.
Maintains a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.
Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.
