You just have to care.Responsibilities:In your job, you will have the ability to make a difference in a patients journey by:Greetpatients and visitors to the clinic in a prompt, courteous and professional manner; checkin patients and informclinical staff of patient arrival.Provideand explainpaperwork for the patient to complete prior to examination; collect, prooffor completeness, and filepatient forms; updatedemographics and insurance information in the system; collectco-pays and balances.Answer, screen, and respondto routine questions.Checkpatients out after examination; schedulereturning appointments in accordance with physician and/or office guidelines.Recordpatient cancellations and missed appointments; rescheduleappointments; notifyappropriate staff of the cancellation and makenote in patient chart.Providegeneral administrative support.This position allows for all levels of experience.
