Academies of Math and ScienceAssistant Principal of OperationsLocation: 1445 W Baseline Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85041 Primary Purpose: Reporting to the Campus Principal, the AP of Operations will provide leadership in the areas of planning, organization, campus administration, and day-to-day school operations.

Additionally, this position will work closely with functional areas of the Network to drive operational results and efficiencies.Major Responsibilities and Duties:Administration and Fiscal/Facilities ManagementWork closely with school support functions to ensure high levels of performance (i.E.

facilities, front office, enrollment, family support, paraprofessionals, etc.).Partner with Network leaders to drive operational success in enrollment, customer service, school operations, before and after programs, etc.Provide leadership and support in the following areas:Opening and closing of the school campus.Food Services.Extended Care Program.Sports, Clubs and Extra-Curricular activities.Cleanliness and integrity of the school building to include but not limited to student classrooms, bathrooms, playground equipment, furniture, trash receptacles.School Safety Policies and practicesSupervise and manage key system.Partner with Network Safety Manager to ensure school facilities are safe and secure with clear policies and procedures.
