Responsibilities

Job Summary:

The world renowned Barrow Neurological Insitute is seeking a Senior Interoperative Neuro Monitoring Tech to join their Team!A This team covers neurosurgical, orthopedic and cardiovascular cases.A As an IONM Tech at BNI you will be at the forefront of neurosurgical tecqniques and procedures working with revolutionary Neurosurgeons. All procedures will occur on the St Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center Campus, be read onsite by trained neurologists, and will require no travel or equipment storage.A In this role the Senior IONM Tech will monitor and record neurophysiologic central /peripheral nerve function during Neurosurgical and Orthopedic surgeries.A As a Senior Tech participation in education research and supervision will be required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years current work experience as a technologist performing IONM in the OR required. Basic computer skills and Word, Excel required. Basic computer skills, Word, Excel and CERNER preferred.

Required: Certified CNIM- Clinical Neurophysiological Intraoperative

Monitoring and hold one or more of the following:

R.EEG T (Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist, R. EP T. (Registered Evoked Potential Technologist, R. NCS T. (Registered Nerve Conduction Technologist).
