What we are looking for

NextCare is looking for a marketing professional with a passion for multi-location marketing who is looking to be a part of a forward thinking, growth oriented healthcare organization as our Marketing Coordinator.

To join their team in Tempe, AZ- Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Assist with media buys (online, print, outdoor, TV and radio) including contract submission.
  • Coordinate media plan with VP of Marketing, and strategize at least 6 months in advance for all regions.
  • Help generate meaningful Social Media content to engage and attract social media followers via Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
  • Co-Administer NextCare’s ORM platform throughout the organization and facilitate access, training and engagement for ORM users.
  • Work with marketing vendors to ensure NextCare’s best interests are represented and budgets are adhered to.
  • Organize and help administer all area direct mail campaigns with direction from VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager.
  • Submit invoices and check requests in accordance with the monthly media plan.
  • Review check requests from the field to ensure accuracy and alignment with budget and regional plans.
  • Ensure check requests and invoices are posted to the correct region, account and month in a timely manner.
  • Allocate and manage all regional budgets providing field updates quarterly.
  • Track and report on all De Novo and Acquisition budgets individually.
  • Be the primary point of contact for the field operations team for marketing resources.
  • Organize and attend marketing events as needed.
  • Provide reporting to executives and the field on a monthly basis so all are aware of ongoing marketing activities.
  • Report on campaign ROI on a quarterly (and monthly if needed) basis.
  • Prospect new and innovative marketing channels to generate visits for NextCare clinics.
  • Assistance with other marketing department projects as needed.
  • Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the NextCare Mission Statement, Vision, Values and Performance Standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or described in Company policy.

How you will make an impact

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for helping administering and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns across all NextCare Brands. This position will be detail-oriented, highly organized and focused on results. The Marketing Coordinator will be able to work on multiple projects at once, and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.

Essential Education, Experience and Skills:

Education: Minimum of Bachelors degree in marketing or business, or equivalent work experience

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing. Excellent written and verbal communication; Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel. Able to work both independently and in a team environment with great interpersonal skills; Possesses excellent organization and communication skills; Responds in a timely manner to communications from co-workers, managers, customers and vendors; Goal-oriented with high attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Managing ORM platform for a multi-location company
  • Operating Social Media platforms
