Under direct supervision, supports the shipping and/or receiving function by performing the following administrative duties.

  • Manages the flow of the delivery of materials to customers through the management of “pick tickets” before and after deliveries.

  • Stocking materials to the right location.

  • Work on lumber return and putting way hardware.

  • Prepares shipping/receiving documents. Maintains appropriate documentation.

  • Mark loads that come in with proper customer name and address.

  • Ensures timeliness of incoming and outgoing supplies and materials.

  • Checking in and offloading Rail Cars, after rail cars are off loaded then releasing rail cars by

tying them down and letting are office manager know.

  • Work on any other duties assign.

Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
