Embark Behavioral Health is hiring a full time Call Center Specialists to join our team in Tempe.

Embark Behavioral Health is a unique organization comprised of an extraordinary family of programs, all dedicated to reversing the increasing trends in anxiety, depression and suicide in the U.S.

This position requires behavioral health experience!The Resource Center Specialist, nicknamed “The HIVE” represents all eighteen Embark Programs and is part of a functional team that includes admissions, therapists, and program leadership all working together to create access to treatment for families looking for behavioral health services.

Candidate needs to be Phoenix based and commute to Tempe daily.

Responsibilities include;Answer phone calls and conduct initial assessments for families in need of treatment.Provide support, consultation and triage services to ensure families get help.

Interface with program admissions to ensure seamless customer experience. Become competent in both Embark”s programs, as well as other industry programs.

Enter all notes into a customer relations management system (Salesforce).Provide follow-up to web inquiries in a timely way.Make phone calls to behavioral health professional to create leads and generate awareness.

Participate in team and weekly meetings.Bring a growth mindset with passion and dedication for mental health.Experience working in behavioral healthcare industry required.

Bachelors Degree in related field preferred, but not required.

Empathy, compassion and a desire to make a difference in families lives is required along with exceptional phone skills. Pay and bonus commensurate with experience.
