SummaryThe Human Resources Manager assists in the development and administration of all human resources and administrative programs and processes designed to attract, retain and motivate performing employees (on-site and remote).

The Manager carries out policies in relation to all phases of human resources support activities.

This position is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires local residency.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: * Functions as the face of the Human Resources Department for the staff of the assigned region* Oversees execution of human resources policies and programs, which may include recruitment and onboarding, training and career development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits planning* Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EEO, FMLA, and FLSA.* Assists line managers in the application of HR programs to departmental operations.* Answers employee/candidate questions about HR policies and offerings.* Works with other HR professional to ensure hiring managers have necessary resources for fast and effective hiring process.* Welcomes new hires and performs and coordinates new employee onboarding* Performs Off-boarding process; Ensures exit interviews are completed, typically by 3rd Party* Oversees the delivery of administrative services in cooperation with the Office Manager / Benefits Administrator.

Requires understanding of what tasks and projects are requested of and assigned to the Administrative Coordinator.* Oversees Performance management process for subject region; On-time completion, review of documentation, coaching managers and staff on written documentation and discussions.* Investigates employee reported concerns and recommends course of action to HR Director and SVP, Human Resources to resolve such issues.* Coordinates Learning and Development strategies to ensure delivery of all general training, personal, professional and team development.* Responsible for employee engagement and relations in subject region* Implements Culture alignment per HR strategy* Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Skills * Comprehensive knowledge of the human resources field’s concepts and principles* Strong organization, planning and time management skills* Strong interpersonal and communication skills* Ability to perform complex tasks, typically following established processes.* Ability to lead and direct the work of others,* Operates with recommendation-level authority for personnel decisions* Primarily focuses on administering established policies and procedures; may have some impact on departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change Education/Experience Minimum of 5+ years of human resources experience with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business-related field required.

Experience in healthcare or technology-related field preferred.

PHR or SHRM – CP strongly desired.

Frequently moves office and work-related material weighing up to 10 pounds; Occasionally moves office and work-related material weighing up to 30 pounds.
