The Junior Recruiter will focus in the areas of candidate talent search and placement for contract project delivery.

This person will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures delivery of an efficient, effective, quality driven service to find great contract hires for Point B.

This is a contract position and can be based anywhere in the United States.WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO: Source new talent under the direction of our Senior Recruiters in Partner Operations and partner with our Hiring Managers and Industry Leaders to understand and drive talent attraction and achieve contract hiring needs.Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Resource Management and Hiring Managers) to fill critical gaps in skillset or capacity for project roles through contract staffing.Execute best practice sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent by building and leveraging our independent consultant networkAttract talent in a way that creates a positive experience for candidates and internal stakeholdersManage and engage talent pools to maintain relationships with prospects to watchEvaluate and screen potential contingent hires and assist them through the interview and hiring processConduct resume screens, phone screens, and informational interviewsSupport candidate record entry, management, and auditingSource, submit resumes, and follow-up with Clients and candidates for various job profiles Responsible for complete and accurate Lever records for candidates for pipeline reportingMarket our independent consultants by building out their resume in Point B format and emphasizing the critical skills for the project role for which they’re being presenting them.WHAT WE OFFER:The ability to make a meaningful impact across our entire consulting business through the placement of your recruitsAn environment that encourages you to identify new opportunities and provides the support to make it happenThe opportunity to build and be part of a fun and collaborative culture with teams that are as passionate about their communities as they are about their clientsWHAT WE EXECPT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE: 2-3 years of corporate and/or agency technical recruiting experience, preferably in a consulting environment (Financial Services or Healthcare and Life Sciences a plus)Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationshipsExperience building and driving talent sourcing initiatives.Experience working with recruiting and people-related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems, resume databases, internet sourcing tools and complex spreadsheetsStrong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships, must pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environmentEarned a B.A.
