Perform fundamental maintenance of controls on legacy HR system; make data corrections, provide recommendations and play an active role in process improvements and system enhancement projects.Perform standard processing of employee data transactions; input information into HRIS system, review and perform audits for accuracy, recommend corrections and perform follow up to ensure proper completion of transactions.Perform required updates and maintenance of legacy HR system to meet and support changing business needs.Provide compensation support through the generation of ad-hoc and standard reports, including, but not limited to organization, dispatch, compensation processing and employee data reports.

Assist in gathering information for reports and statistical/analytical research.Perform customer service functions; answer in-bound calls addressing any transactional issues.

Maintain calls to ensure minimum response time.Conduct HRIS system audits for data accuracy; research discrepancies and perform corrections.Participate and assist in process improvements and system-related projects to ensure data integrity within HRIS system; identify and suggest possible enhancements to better align the needs of the organization/department.Provide support in compensation administration processes as needed.Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.Copy and paste URL into browser to view full description: https://swifttrans.Jdxpert.Com/ShowJob.Aspx?EntityID=2& Id=2925Qualifications: What you need to bringOne (1) year system of record experience with demonstrated aptitude for system structures and maintenance OR one (1) year HRIS experience required.High School Diploma or GEDGood verbal and written communication skills; minimum typing skills at 35 words per minute; 10-key at 8,000 to 10,000 KPH; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Power Point; report generation;analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret user needs and translate into system requirements; ability to understand system data and to identify discrepancies; previous knowledge of system analytics helpful.The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer.
