HR Recruiter


This is a Contract position in Chandler, AZ posted October 4, 2020.

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and hiring the best possible talent for the retail organization.

This company offers GREAT benefits once hired permanently Job responsibilities: Onboard new employees Assisting individual store hiring managers to determine staffing needs ensuring open stores positions are filled efficiently and effectively.

Review daily openings with hiring managers on need to fill.

Make recommendations and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Conduct pre-screening interviews over the telephone and assist in interviewing and selecting onsite.

Following up on interview process status.

Assist in with hiring candidate and final review of hew hire paperwork.

Conduct regular follow-up with retail supervisors, hiring managers and HR admin team to determine the effectiveness of recruiting/implementation plans.

Assists reviewing applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.

Identifies and develops a pool of qualified candidates in advance of needs.

Perform other duties as needed.
