Our way of working ensures clear expectations and an environment to do your best work with ample reward.The RoleAs a Full-cycle Recruiter, you will deliver exceptional full-cycle talent acquisition support to Apollo hiring managers.

You will help in building and cultivating our A-team by building a strong talent pipeline and assessing candidates’ skills, experiences, and ultimate fit in the organization.

You will be responsible for primary oversight and execution of the Apollo recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and closing the best talent in our markets.

As you collaborate with Department Leaders in building the future teams of Apollo and helping teams scale faster, you will be a key member that will have a big impact on the overall success of the company.ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to create extensive internal and external scorecards for all roles in the headcount plan, a detailed interview plan, and screening questions as reviewed and approved by the CPO, and CEOBuild an extensive talent pipeline of hard-to-attract talent from exceptional companies for each headcount plan by increasing the number of outbound leads through the use of the existing network, hunting and sourcing experience and skills, social media, and other sourcing platformsLearn Apollo’s compensation structure and use the Offer Request processExecute to a tee the Who Method for Hiring while continuously improving the recruitment processExecute the sourcing process from end to end and leverage Apollo and LinkedIn as an outbound platform to fill the Recruitment FunnelFind and utilize other sourcing methods apart from Apollo and LinkedIn for recruitment processesUnderstand Profile Do’s and Don’ts and profile review process, and enforce across the Hiring StakeholdersLearn how to sell Apollo to a prospective candidate and be able to coach and coordinate with Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to design the optimal selection and interview processMeasure and deliver monthly forecast reports that are 100% accurateQualifications and Experience required to apply for this role:At least 2 years working in-house for tech companies/top consultancies that work for Product based companies (at least 1) with a high-growth contextAt least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience handling Niche or Support rolesPrevious experience with top tier ATSAny certification or formal training in full-cycle recruitment is a plus What You’ll Love About ApolloBesides the great compensation package and culture that thrives in openness and excellence, we invest tremendous effort into developing our remote employees’ careers.
