We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager
– Life Sciences and Healthcare Transformation.

In this role, the Sr.

Consultant works collaboratively with a Transformation Director or Transformation Partner to design, execute, and lead transformation efforts for Life Sciences, Medical Device, and Healthcare clients of varying size and complexity.

This role will utilize consulting & advisory principles, processes, data insights, and tools to focus on driving financial and operational results for our clients.

• You are responsible to lead and drive execution of projects ranging from business issue diagnostic, organization design, business process design, data modeling, or digital technology system implementation
• Assist with business development efforts end to end by collaborating with Transformation leadership, sales and service line teams
• Support the transformation and sales teams through helping develop strategies, collateral and solutions that meet the business needs of clients
• Deliver client consulting engagements using core consulting skills such as storyboarding, business case development, process design, data analysis, project management and stakeholder management
• Lead and mentor junior team members Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Skills
• Industry knowledge with relevant experience in consulting and driving business transformation programs for clients in Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Healthcare
• Experience in consulting/advisory roles
• Logical and systematic approach to problem solving
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data sets
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & non-verbal)
• Ability to express and present own opinion; objective argumentation skills
• Ability to work independently and be proactive
• Ability to be a good team player and collaborate with others
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, science, engineering or related fields
• Travel up to 50% of the time post COVID Preferred qualifications
• Advanced degree in business or science & engineering fields
• Relevant work experience in consulting and industry
• Sound experience and business acumen in any of the following competency areas o Business Strategy & Operating Model o Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations o Finance Transformation o Sales and Commercial Transformation (Market Access, Go-to-Market Strategy, etc.) o Quality and Regulatory Affairs o Analytics and business intelligence o Organizational change management
• Digitally savvy
• Familiarity with Healthcare ecosystem, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
